A customer approached us with the desire to renew their existing packaging, as their current stock had been depleted. We took the previous design and implemented enhancements, including built-in stacking edges and reinforcements, aiming to achieve an elevated level of product protection. Our focus was on optimizing the design to meet the specific needs of the customer. Taking into consideration the customer's request for a smaller quantity of products, we chose to use our low-volume production machine for manufacturing. This strategy not only allowed for a more flexible production process but also resulted in a beneficial reduction of tooling costs.
