Positioning tray for automation
About the project
On behalf of our customer, we carried out an automation of their assembly line with the aim of optimizing the production process. In addition to this, we identified the need to streamline the logistics of intermediate storage and assembly. Our process began by using digital drawings as a basis, and then we formulated several design proposals.
Result
After a meticulous design phase and creative problem-solving, the project resulted in the development of four different products sharing space in a common tray. Additionally, we designed a separate tray for a specific product. This comprehensive design strategy enabled a significant enhancement in efficiency within the client's process.
